Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — rates calculated at checkout

International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International delivery times vary by location (typically 10–21 business days). Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages Esmeldy's Market is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at esmeldyslovesupport@gmail.com with photos of the damage.

Shipping Protection We offer optional shipping protection at checkout to cover lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We highly recommend adding it for peace of mind.
